This study examines the professional development experiences of Delaware’s ed leaders, using a sequential MM approach. Data will be gathered through semi-structured interviews and survey analysis, with funding from the UD Research Foundation.

This study explores the educational levels, certifications/licenses, teaching experience, and distribution of DE CTE teachers. The project is funded by IES. My contributions include conceptualization, data cleaning, literature review, and data analysis.
